Criminal Sexual Conduct Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two in connection with a sexual assault investigation. Investigators have charged Jeremiah Julian James Willis and David Curt Hannah with Criminal Sexual Conduct, 1st degree. According to Investigators, on or about June 7, 2025, on West Main Street in Lake City, SC, Willis and Hannah are alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim. Investigators allege that the victim suffered visible injuries during the assault, resulting in medical treatment at an area hospital.
Willis is being held at the Florence County Detention Center without bond. Hannah is being held at the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing.
