Sheriff Leon Lott announces the arrest of 34-year-old (D.O.B. 11/24/1990) Marcus Brown and 30-year-old (D.O.B. 11/18/1994) Christopher Fair-Dixon for Breach of Peace Aggravated in Nature.
On January 19th, 2025, around 10:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 8205 Two Notch Rd. (club Room Service) to reports of shots fired and a fight in progress.
When deputies arrived, they began to search for a vehicle that was reported to have fled the scene.
Once the vehicle was located, a short one-mile pursuit ensued. Once the vehicle came to a stop, deputies found that three of the four occupants had received gunshot wounds. The suspected victims were taken to a local hospital.
During the course of the investigation, two suspects were arrested at club Room Service for Breach of Peace Aggravated in Nature and taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
At this time, the shooting victims are receiving care, and the wounds are not life-threatening.
This is still an on-going investigation, and possibly more suspects and charges are forthcoming.
