Felony Drug Dealers In Your Sub-Division

Most people who live in a nice Sub-Division such as Windmill Ridge in Elgin, South Carolina have no clue that a Drug Felon lives within their midst and has invited numerous other drug dealers and users into the community, putting their safety at risk.

When this individual first bought the home in 2016, she lived there with her son and his wife and child. To facilitate the appearance of a loving family. It was not long before the appearance of convicted drug dealers and users began showing up at all hours at her doorstep.

Law enforcement calls to this once quiet neighborhood began to increase.  Mainly at one particular home for one reason or another.

We attempted to reach out to the HOA of this community to get their take on it, but no one responded.

We invision these sort of people to have drug or prison related tattoos and give off an air of criminality.  But that is not always true.

Shows like “Breaking Bad” have tried to give us an understanding that the little old lady down the street could just as easily be a large drug dealer.

The one thing that does stay constant with such individuals is their criminal past and their distatse of law enforcement. Once this comes to light, they attempt to move to a new area if possible.  And the fact they feel they are above the law.

Many states give HOA’s the ability to run criminal background checks on potential residents to ensure the safety of their community, while others have stated it would be a violation of privacy laws.

The question arises of such communities, “How safe are they really?

In recent events within Kershaw County,  drive by shootings have occurred involving drugs and innocent individuals being harmed.

The young woman who now resides in this home also sent us this picture.  She stated she allegedly found this in the closet of the homeowner while looking for a sweater.

She believed it allegedly contained illegal sustances. But refused out of fear of retaliation to contact law enforcement.

The truth is you never can tell who is a criminal and who is not these days.  Many law enforcement agents state the lines have become so blurred today that their job is nearly impossible to perform without the aid of community members who are willing to speak out in a court of law.
