The Florence County Sheriff’s Office and the Florence County Coroner’s Office are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred earlier this morning on Glendale School Road near Scranton, SC. According to Investigators, an 11-year-old died as a result of gunshot wounds sustained during the incident.
Currently, Investigators have two individuals in custody although no formal charges have been made at this time. The incident remains under investigation and as additional information is available we will supplement this release.
