7/13/20

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announces the arrest of a 38-year-old man wanted on charges of strong arm robbery, and first-degree assault and battery.

Raeshaun Stampley — DOB: 4/7/82 — was arrested on July 2 for a June 14 incident at the Family Dollar at 8909 Two Notch Road. That’s where he was confronted by an employee, after setting off store merchandise alarms while trying to leave with stuffed pockets.

While attempting to flee, Stampley slapped the staffer in the face and punched him. He is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
