The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Tyreek Latravious Brown, 26,
with two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor – First Degree on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
The Newberry Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
SLED previously charged Brown with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, two counts
of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Victim Under 16 Years of Age – 2nd degree, Luring
or Enticing a Child – Victim Under 16 Years of Age – to Harm with Unlawful Purpose, and
Trafficking in Persons – Victim Under 18 Years of Age – 1st Offense on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
