The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Franklin Alfonso Grant, Jr., 28,
with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Friday, August 22, 2025. The South Carolina
Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
