Sheriff Leon Lott announces the arrest of Ulness, Timothy (DOB: 04/04/01), after attempting to kidnap a woman early Saturday morning.
On August 2, 2025, at approximately 6:30 a.m., a woman was struck by a vehicle while riding her bicycle along Miles Rd. The vehicle turned around and returned to the woman in the roadway. The suspect got out of his vehicle and began to assault the woman by striking her in the face and placing her in a chokehold. He then attempted to drag her to his vehicle. The woman fought back against the suspect and was able to break free from him. The suspect left in his vehicle once the woman broke free.
The woman was able to call 911 and provide a vehicle description to deputies. She was suffering from lacerations, abrasions, and a broken finger. Deputies called EMS, and she was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators were able to identify the suspect vehicle from the description given by the victim, and later able to identify the suspect as Ulness.
Ulness was arrested on August 5, 2025, and charged with Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature and Kidnapping. On August 6, 2025, Ulness was released on an ankle monitor after receiving a $100,000 surety bond.
Why was this criminal released on bail. This is horrible. He should not be released on bail. He should be put in prison and the never released. Is this criminal an illegal alien?
