On July 6, 2025, just after 5:30 p.m., deputies received a holdup alarm from the Day and Night Vape and Gifts store on the 600 block of Beltline Blvd. Once arriving on the scene, deputies were notified that two suspects entered the store and pretended to be interested in buying merchandise. One suspect then presented a firearm at an employee while the other suspect stole merchandise. Deputies learned from the store’s employee that the suspects left on foot with stolen merchandise and all of the money from the cash drawer.
