The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Linda Ann Bracey, 41, with
Presenting a False Claim for Insurance – value $10,000 or more, and Forgery – value $10,000 or
more on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the
SLED investigation.

Bracey was booked into the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.
