The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Thomas Michael Wolcott, 42,
with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 2nd Degree on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. This
charge comes after Jasper County Sheriff’s Office charged Wolcott on Tuesday, October 22,
2024, with five counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 2nd Degree. The SLED
investigation was requested by the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.
The Warrant states: That between the summer of 2022 and September 28 of 2024, the defendant Thomas Michael Wolcott, did knowingly and willingly commit the offense Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 2nd Degree by placing his fingers inside the victims vagina while parked at Okatie, SC. 29909, in Beaufort County. The Defendant was positively identified by the victim during a forensic interview in which the victim disclosed numerous occurrences of criminal sexual conduct including the one described above.
