The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a Lexington County man with serious offenses involving a minor. Luther Jackson Truluck (image not available at time of article), 30, was arrested on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Second Degree and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
The investigation into Truluck’s actions was initiated at the request of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Following a thorough inquiry, SLED agents determined sufficient evidence to proceed with formal charges against him.
Authorities have not disclosed additional details regarding the case to protect the identity of the victim and maintain the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
