REF: Bethune Shooting on 2-18-2025
The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office currently has arrest warrants on Kerrington Kala White (19) of Bethune for Attempted Murder, Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Violent Crime, and Grand Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.
At this time, we believe Kerrington White shot the victim inside a residence on Calvert Drive in Bethune. He immediately left the scene in a red 2002 Honda Accord (SC Tag: 9150SB) he stole from a residence near the scene of the shooting.
The victim, who is White’s brother, is still in serious condition at the hospital.
