The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Terry Alen Haggerty, 34, with
Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Second Degree, and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a
Minor – Third Degree on January 13, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Aiken
Department of Public Safety.
