The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Dozier L. Rhames, 62, with Misconduct in Office and Assault & Battery 2nd degree on Friday, May 31, 2024.

Rhames was booked into the Marlboro County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
