Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Brenda Turner, 74, and Danny Ray Turner, 74, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Both were charged with Gambling and 7 counts of Unlawful Possession/Operation of a Gambling Device.

Brenda Turner and Danny Turner were booked at the Marion County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor’s Office
