The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that left one person dead.
Deputies were called to the 7000 block of Sprott Street this morning for a report of an unresponsive male outside of a home. They arrived to find a 31-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds to his upper body. His was pronounced dead at the scene.
