Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Donald Edward McKinney, 75, of Pickens, SC for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 2nd Degree. SLED was requested to investigate by the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office. Details from the investigation can be found in the attached warrant. McKinney was booked at the Pickens County Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
