Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announces the arrest of a local photographer after allegations of misconduct surfaced.
Gregg Martin (DOB: 4-15-1968) was arrested on April 8 after deputies received a report of him taking inappropriate photographs of a young girl under his care. The investigation revealed that Martin groomed the child and gave her illegal substances. He was charged with Engaging a Child Under 18 for Sexual Performance and Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child.
Sheriff Lott is asking for potential victims to come forward at this time.
