John William Kennealy, age 73, of Conway was arrested on August 4, 2021. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
Christopher Jesus Ruiz, 19, of Batesburg, S.C., was arrested on August 5th, 2021. He is charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count; and 14 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Jonathan David Neel, 23, of Fairfield, SC, was arrested on August 5th, 2021. He is charged with four counts of criminal solicitation of a minor (§16-3-342), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count; three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, first degree (§16-15-395), a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment on each count; three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count; eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count; and one count of disseminating obscene material to a person under age eighteen (§16-15-345), a felony offense punishable by up to ten years imprisonment.
Dalton Hubert Richardson, 24, of Conway, S.C., was arrested on August 11th, 2021. He is charged with 16 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
James Clifford Hatmaker, Jr., 59, of North Augusta, S.C., was arrested on August 11th, 2021. He is charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Hector Luis Pajan, 43, of Elgin, S.C., was arrested on August 17th, 2021. He is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, first degree (§16-15-395), a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment on each count; and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Franklin Leon Lichwa, 45, of Saint Stephen, S.C., was arrested on August 19th, 2021. He is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Jonathan Edward Conley, 46, of Taylors, S.C., was arrested on August 19th, 2021. He is charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
