our KCSO drug unit arrested Terry James Altman (41) during a traffic stop. He was found to be in possession drugs and a firearm. He was charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Firearm by Person Convicted of a Violent Crime, Unlawful Carry of a Firearm, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
Altman was out on multiple bonds related to previous drug charges. His bond was just denied by a Kershaw County magistrate and our solicitor’s office is moving to get his previous bonds revoked.
