As we continue our series on Parental Alienation and the Family Court Industries involvement we reached out to some individuals who were children alienated by either their other parent or by the Court System itself.
Many individuals ranging from Professional Psychologist to Law Enforcement have stated and feel that actions of Parental Alienation is Child Abuse and our Court system should recognize it as such, and prevent it from beginning in the Court Rooms.
Tracy Kittle is a young woman who has lived through the Parental Alienation horrors and with others joined in to voice awareness of this form of Child Abuse.

One of the main ways that individuals can aid in stopping this tragic form of abuse is to contact their Legislators and have them support or sponsor a bill to change the Family Court system. As this sort of abuse is defined by many professional psychologists as mental abuse of a child, courts that state they hold “The Best Interest of a Child” as their standard should begin to alter their practices to prevent such abuse.
