The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Brooke Elizabeth-Louise Foster,
32, with five counts of Trafficking in Persons – Victim Under 18 Years of Age – 1st Offense
on Monday, June 23, 2025. The Greenville Police Department requested the SLED investigation.

Foster was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
